Exotic Sounds

I had them work on my vehicle on two different occasions and I am extremely satisfied and impressed with their quality of work and car audio knowledge. My first visit was a full custom sound system on my 2011 Accord which included a 4-way amp, subwoofer amp, DSP/LOC, all electricals, dual 10 inch subwoofer, and they fixed up some speakers I attempted to install. I just wanted to say they did an AMAZING job and they completely transformed my vehicle. Their wiring and installation of components are extremely neat. You can genuinely tell they take pride in their work and don't just rush things to make a quick buck. It took them about a day and a half to do the job but that is completely expected because of the quality in their installation. If it was some rundown shop, they would rush through it and be done with it within a few hours and wish you farewell, hoping to never see you again. These guys aren't like that. They care about doing the job right the first time instead of rushing an install that could cause problems later. My second visit was for an install of a Compustar security system, front speaker upgrade, some sound deadening, and miscellaneous things I requested. I had al

My wife's 2009 Lexus RX350 that needs an upgrade for carplay and back-up camera. I first took it to Best Buy and the audio guy after a quick research online declined to do it. He said: It can be complicated. Somebody recommend Exotic Sounds: It's a family owned business. Mr. G and his son Brandon are super nice with great customer service. They didn't try to upsell anything but make me feel at home. They replaced the Lexus head unit and installed a back-up camera. Brandon did a good job installing a Sony ax3200 . Unfortunately, a few weeks later, I'm having a problem with the back-up camera. It only works when it's cold. Due to my wife's schedule we could not bring the car in during the season. So, yesterday I bought the car back and Brandon went to work right away while I waited. He was able to locate the problem and replaced the power connector without charging me extra. They really stand for their works. Oh, they also have a very cool showroom with nice looking car's accessories. This place is the bomb! Check them out and ask for Mr. G!

My experience was fantastic. I used AI to find the best installation for sound near me and it led me here. Thank you Brandon and staff for an amazing experience. They got me in and installed the same day. The service comes with a warranty and the process was easy. This will be where I come whenever I need this service and I will recommend and I highly recommend. Amazing.

I had an outstanding experience with Exotic Sounds. My wife wanted additional sound-deadening material installed in her car, and G and Brandon absolutely knocked it out of the park. The workmanship was exceptional, the price was more than fair, and the overall atmosphere in the shop was friendly and professional. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Thank you again for the top-notch service!

G and his son were professional and extremely knowledgeable when it came to car audio installation. During the estimate they were able to get my needs met within my budget, they were more than happy to help me find a way after discussing all options. Now that it's done the installation is extremely professional and sounds amazing! Thanks again, they made a lifetime customer. Update. Less than 1 year later now my 400$ sub is blown and the manufacturer DD audio explained it was due to this shop not tuning my amp properly. We had an issue during install that required i replace an alternator and was promised "I could get a tune when that was done", when I called and was on my way to get the tune I was talked out of it by G's son, assured it would be fine. The shop now wants to charge me $150 to tune the system I paid to tune less than a year ago, and was talked out of it because "they tuned it a little before the alternator failed". I would not recommend this shop, they do not stand behind their work or their word. I offered to replace the driver and asked them to finally tune the installation, nope $150 more when I spent $1500 to do this less than a year ago. Do not trust their word
